		<description>Shortly after I posted this piece, the EPA issued a press release that greenhouse gases (specifically, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons and sulfur hexafluoride) pose a threat to human health.  Here is the link to the announcement:

This effectively sets the stage of the EPA to regulate these gases under federal clean air laws.</description>
