The product recall portal is not a supply chain traceability solution and is also not a massive database in the cloud and traceability data is not uploaded. 

It is a very simple messaging platform with a standardized form and structured workflow to manage the effectiveness and efficiency in the whitespace between manufacturers and retailers or distributors in phase 1. Phase 2 will extend to primary producers.
