		<description>Another possible reason for the low use of WMS (and TMS) systems is the complex nature of the documentation / certifications required.  

Many WMS/TMS systems do not contain the required functionality, forcing the facility to use hazmat friendly software which does.  This software primarily does documentation and tracking, and may not integrate with WMS/TMS creating the need for redundent entries.  While it may lack true WMS/TMS function, they learn to get by.

We saw this up close and personal at a major aerospace/defense client manuracturer.
