		<description>Other Retailers already do have programs like this.  Target, Best Buy, Circuit City did, Office Depot, Office Max, Staples....  They all have vendor compliance programs where they are holding suppliers responsible for on time delivery.  This type of a program is becoming the norm in retailers.  Do we like it?  No!  First the retailers need to willing to collaborate better.  Without collaboration, they cannot justify these programs.</description>
