		<description>The Perfect Order metric is a useful gage of a supplier or DCs ability to deliver to customer defined requirements.  The GMA/FMI version includes a couple of additional retail specific measures to address consumer requirements.  However these measures, as valuable and useful as they are, look at what happened vs. focusing on what could be.

We recommend that supply chain partners consider building end consumer wants into their slate of objectives / outcomes which are then made part of a Vested Outsourcing relationship.  Then leveage VO as the tool to create a win-win for all parties involved - including the consumer.
